浓硫酸清净乙炔工艺的模拟优化与废酸处理

摘要 以12.5万t/a乙炔清净装置为例,介绍了浓硫酸清净乙炔工艺,并采用Aspen Plus对该过程进行模拟,得到的优化参数为:预碱洗塔操作压力为185 kPa,冷却塔塔顶温度控制在9℃,浓硫酸流量为650 kg/h,碱液流量为600 kg/h。针对该工艺中产生的废硫酸难处理的问题,提出了电石渣中和处理废硫酸方案,可为企业带来经济效益和环保效益。 Taking a 125-kt/a acetylene purification device as an example, the process of acetylene purification with concentrated sulfuric acid was introduced. The process was simulated by Aspen Plus, and the optimal parameters were obtained as follows: caustic prewashing tower operating pres- sure was 185 kPa, the overhead temperature of the cooling tower was controlled at 9℃, concentrated sulfuric acid flow was 650 kg/h, and the lye flow was 600 kg/h. In view of the problem of the unmanageable waste sulfuric acid produced in the process, a method of neutralizing waste sulfuric acid by carbide slag was proposed. The method could bring economic and environmental benefits to the enterprise.
