摘要
针对食用菌生产过程中水分控制不均衡,影响食用菌成品干燥合格率的问题,在实验室范围内设计基于介电参数离散Hopfield神经网络的食用菌OPC生产在线远程控制系统。首先,利用介电常数对食用菌的水分含量进行测定,并结合矩阵分解离散Hopfield神经网络,建立食用菌工厂生产水分检测模型;其次,采用台达系列DVP-PLC系统,进行食用菌的水分含量测定的OPC系统设计,建立实验室验证平台;最后,通过建立食用菌实际干燥平台验证了所提算法的有效性。
In the process of edible ftmgus production, the moisture control is not balanced, which affects the production of edible fungus, the edible fungus OPC factory production line remote control system based on the discrete Hopfield dielectric parameters is designed in the laboratory. Firstly, the dielectric constant of water content of the edible fungi is determined by using matrix decomposition of discrete Hopfield neural network, and the mushroom factory production water detection model is established; Secondly, the delta series DVP-PLC system is adopted to carry on the edible bacteria determination of moisture content of OPC in system design and the verification platform is built for laboratory; Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by the practical use.
