全麻下无痛手法松解治疗复杂性肩周炎疗效

Analysis of curative effect of painless manipulation in treating complex scapulohumeral periarthritis with general anesthesia

目的:研究全麻下无痛手法松解治疗复杂性肩周炎的临床效果。方法:选择160例复杂性肩周炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各80例。对照组口服非甾体类消炎镇痛药双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊治疗,1次/d、75 mg/次;观察组采用全麻下无痛手法松解治疗;比较两组的临床治疗效果以及肩关节功能恢复时间,并观察两组患者治疗前后的肩关节功能评分。结果:观察组的治疗有效率为91.25%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的Constant和Murley肩关节功能评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组患者高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的肩关节功能恢复时间为(78.23±11.56)d,短于对照组的(96.35±12.41)d(P<0.05)。结论:全麻下无痛手法松解对复杂性肩周炎具有较为明显的临床治疗效果,可以提高治疗有效率,改善肩关节功能。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of painless manipulation in treating complex scapulohumeral periarthritis with general anesthesia, nethods：160 patients with complex scapulohumeral periarthritis treated were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with non - steroidal anti - inflammatory analgesic diclofenac sodium dual release en- teric - coated capsules, 75 mg each time, once a day. The observation group was treated with painless manipulation with general anesthesia. The clinical effect and recovery time of shoulder joint function between the two groups were compared, and the shoulder function scores before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results：The effective rate of the observation group was 91.25 %, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （70.00 % ） （ P 〈0.05 ）. The shoulder function scores of Constant and Murley in the two groups after treatment were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the shoulder function scores of Constant and Murley in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The recovery time of shoulder function in the observation group was （78.23 ± 11.56 ） days, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group （96.35 ± 12.41 ） days （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Painless manipulation with general anesthesia has a significant clinical effect on complex scapulohumeral periarthritis, which can improve the treatment efficiency and improve shoulder joint function.
