口腔正畸结合修复疗法在错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损治疗中的应用效果

Effect of orthodontic combined with prosthodontic treatment in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect

目的:探讨口腔正畸结合修复疗法在错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择180例错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损患者,按治疗方法分为对照组和观察组各90例,对照组患者给予口腔正畸治疗,观察组患者给予口腔正畸结合修复疗法治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、牙齿功能及满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者的菌斑附着指数、软垢指数较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),固定情况均增高(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔正畸结合修复疗法可有效改善患者的牙齿功能,固定牢靠,治疗效果明显,在错畸形伴牙列缺损治疗中具有重要的应用价值。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of orthodontic combined with prosthodontic treatment in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect. Methods： 180 patients of malocclusion with dentition defect were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, 90 cases in each group. The control group received orthodontic treatment, and the study group received orthodontics combined with prosthodontic treatment. The clinical effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results ： After treatment, the total effective rate, dental function and satisfaction of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈0.05 ）. After treatment, the plaque index and soft dirt index of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （ P 〈0. 05 ）, the fixation situation was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and those indexes in the study group was significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Orthodontic combined with prosthodontic treatment can effectively improve the dental function of the patients, with reliable fixation and remarkable treatment effect. It has important application value in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect.
