病毒性肺炎患者治疗前后血清C反应蛋白的变化

Analysis of changes of blood biochemical indexes at different stages of viral pneumonia

目的:探讨病毒性肺炎患者发病不同时期血液生化指标的变化情况。方法:选择病毒性肺炎患者160例作为观察组,同期选择在我院体检的健康人群160例作为对照组,观察组所有患者都给予抗病毒药物治疗,判定治疗疗效,观察组患者在治疗前后、对照组人群在体检时检测C反应蛋白(c reactive protein,CRP)。结果:观察组160例患者中治疗后有效156例,无效4例,有效率为97.5%;观察组患者治疗前的血清CRP含量[(6.22±1.62)mg/L]高于治疗后[(2.18±0.78)mg/L],也高于对照组[(2.00±0.81)mg/L](P<0.05)。结论:病毒性肺炎患者抗病毒治疗前后的血液CRP检测有明显变化,可反映患者的病情变化,有很好的应用价值。

Objective： To discuss the changes of blood biochemical indexes at different stages of viral pneumonia. Methods： 160 cases of viral pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 160 healthy people in the physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group. All the patients in the observation group were treated with antiviral drugs, and the therapeutic effects were determined. The blood biochemical indicators of creative protein （CRP） in the control group and before and after treatment in the observation group were tested. Results：In the observation group, 156 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 97.5 %. The serum CRP content of the observation group before treatment was 6.22 ± 1.62 mg/L, which was higher than 2.18 ±0.78 mg/L after treatment and was higher than 2.00±0.81mg/L in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The changes of blood CRP in patients with viral pneumonia before and after antiviral treatment were significant. It can reflect the change of the patient＇s condition and has good application value.
