深圳市某街道制造业工人艾滋病知识、态度和行为调查

Cross-sectional study on AIDS-related knowledge,attitudes and behaviors among the manufacturing workers in a street of Shenzhen city

目的:了解某街道制造业工人艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为状况,掌握其对艾滋病相关知识的需求状况,为进一步开展有效的健康教育提供依据。方法:自行设计调查问卷,整群随机抽取制造业工人388名进行匿名的问卷调查。结果:该人群对艾滋病基本知识掌握不全面,对艾滋病的传播途径知晓率达85%以上,但对非传播途径的认识不足,超过50%的人认为普通的社交和蚊子叮咬可以传播艾滋病;51.03%对艾滋病病人存在歧视态度;该人群25.26%有多个性伴侣,10.57%最近1年有过商业性行为,只有17.53%的人会坚持使用安全套;仅29.64%对艾滋病相关知识有需求,87.89%获取相关知识的途径为网络、媒体资讯,通过咨询服务的只有2.32%。结论:深圳市某街道制造业工人对艾滋病知识掌握不全面,对待艾滋病态度和自身的行为存在一定问题,是开展艾滋病健康教育和健康促进的重点人群,需进一步探索和建立符合该人群的健康教育和健康促进模式。

Objective：To explore the perception of the manufacturing workers on the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors toward AIDS and the need of the AIDS - related knowledge among the manufacturing workers so as to provide the evidences for further effective health education for this population. Methods： Self-designed questionnaires and cluster random sampling were used, and anonymous questionnaires survey among 388 manufacturing workers were carried out. Results：The population was not fully familiar with the basic knowledge of AIDS. The awareness rate of the route of transmission of AIDS was more than 85 %, but more than 50% of the population believed that ordinary social activities and mosquito bites could spread HIV. 51.03 % of people discriminated against AIDS patients. 25.26 % of people had multiple sex partners, 10. 57 % of people had commercial sexual behaviors the last year, and only 17.53 % would insist using the condom. Merely 29.64 % of people had the need for the AIDS - related knowledge, and 87.89 % acquired the relevant knowledge from the interact medium. Just 2.32 % acquired the AIDS - related knowl- edge from the consulting services. Conclusion： The AIDS - related knowledge of the manufacturing workers in a street of Shenzhen is incomplete. The workers have some problems in their attitudes and behaviors towards AIDS. They should be the focus group on AIDS health education and health promotion. It is suggested to explore and establish a health education and health promotion model that meets the population.
