半夏厚朴汤合四逆散治疗胃食管反流病疗效

Observation of the curative effect of Banxia houpu decoction combined with Sini powder in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的:观察半夏厚朴汤合四逆散治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的疗效。方法:将124例确诊为GERD的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各62例,对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用半夏厚朴汤合四逆散加减治疗。结果:治疗后观察组症状总积分为(5.47±1.28)分,低于对照组的(9.47±2.66)分(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为90.3%,高于对照组的71.0%(P<0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。观察组复发率为0.0%,低于对照组的17.7%(P<0.05)。结论:半夏厚朴汤合四逆散治疗GERD安全有效,辅助西药可进一步提升疗效。

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of Banxia houpu decoction combined with Sini powder in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD）. Methods ：124 patients diagnosed with GERD were randomly divided into two groups, 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the study group was treated with Banxia houpu decoction combined with Sini powder on the basis of the control group. Results： After treatment, the total score of symptoms in the study group was （5.47±1.28 ）, which was significantly lower than that of the control group （9.47 ± 2.66） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of the study group was 90.3 %, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （71.0 % ） （ P 〈0.05）. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. The reeurrenee rate of the study group was 0 %, which was significantly lower than that of the control group （ 17.7 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Banxia houpu decoction combined with Sini powder in the treatment of GERD is safe and effective, which can further improve the curative effect when assisting western medicine.
