早期的燃气高中压调压站大多未设置旋风除尘设备,随着使用时间的推移、燃气流量的增大,管道的磨损物和管道内的各类杂质会随燃气一起带到调压系统,造成调压器、流量计等精密设备磨损加剧并使得设备发生故障。文章通过高中压调压站增加旋风除尘设备的重要性和可行性分析,得出相应结论。

In early times, high pressure regulator stations didn＇t install cyclone separator. Due to the increase of utility time, sundries produced by pipeline wear and all kinds of impurities in pipeline will enter the pressure regulating system with gas, which causes the pressure regulator, flow meter and other precision equipment wear worse and other problems. In this paper, the importance and feasibility of additional cyclone separator in high pressure regulator will be analyzed, and the corresponding conclusions will be drawn.
