随着聚乙烯行业发展,新型的PE100-RC聚乙烯管材具有高耐慢速裂纹增长性能,并带有可剥离的热塑性防护层,因而在城市燃气输配中较金属管道具有很多的优势,但业内对其能否应用在城市综合管廊中仍有颇多争议。文章对新型聚乙烯管道在城市综合管廊燃气输配中应用的可行性,进行了探讨。

With the development of polyethylene industry, PE100-RC,a new material of gas pipeline, has great slow crack growth resistance. Its thermoplastic protection layer can also be separated. Therefore, this kind of gas pipeline has more advantages in urban gas network, compared with metal pipe~ But it still remains a question, whether PE gas pipe can be applied to the utility tunnel. So in this article, the performance of PE was analyzed. Owing to the research a conclusion is drawn： PE100-RC can be reasonably applied to the utility tunnel.
