摘要
结合护套材料的物理机械性能、护套挤出的工艺、外部机械力的作用、环境的作用、结构尺寸5个方面进行了电缆敷设过程中护套开裂影响因素分析,对电缆低温敷设过程中电缆存在内部毛刺和外部毛刺2种情况进行了力学仿真分析,提出预防电缆低温敷设过程中防止电缆外护套开裂的措施:严格控制敷设程序及敷设工艺,强化电缆外护套抗寒性,避免冲击和不必要剐蹭等。
The influence factors of sheath cracking in cable laying process are analyzed from 5 aspects of physical and mechanical properties, jacket extrusion process, external mechanical force, environmental function and structure size. Mechanical simulation analysis is made for two cases of internal burrs and external burrs of cables during low temperature laying process, and measures for preventing cable outer sheath cracking are put forward to prevent cable from being laid at low temperature, strictly control the laying procedure and laying process, strengthen the cold resistance of the outer sheath of the cable, avoid the impact and unnecessary scraping, etc.
