综合治疗措施救治交感电风暴患者一例 被引量：2

摘要 心肌缺血、心力衰竭、电解质紊乱、精神紧张等因素会导致恶性室性心律失常发作,并明显增加患者病死率。现就我院收治的交感电风暴患者1例治疗情况报道如下。1临床资料患者男,61岁,因“反复胸痛、胸闷4个月,再发1h”于2017年3月20日1500入院,既往糖尿病史6年,长期口服二甲双胍（0.5g 3/d）降糖,血糖控制理想,否认“高血压、高脂血症”史。抽烟20年,10支/d。家族史、
