摘要
从复杂型面的钣金零件结构出发,分析了其成形工艺,基于CATIA软件进行了模具结构设计,包括冲压方向分析,型面模型修补,三维模型建立。最后实现了三维图纸表达,包括标注表达和属性表达,为实现数字化设计和制造奠定了基础。
Starting from the part structure, the forming process is analyzed. Based on CATIA software, the structure design of the die is completed, including the analysis of punching direction, the patching of surface model and the establishment of the 3D model. Finally, the expression of 3D drawing is realized, including dimensions expression and attribution expression, which lays the foundation for the realization of digital design and manufacturing.
