摘要
针对汽车发动机缸盖罩壳在制造过程中的设计环节,结合缸盖罩壳材料在不同温度下的物理特性,建立了缸盖罩壳的三维几何模型并对其进行网格划分,运用Mold Flow软件对注射模在填充过程中的流动情况进行分析,得到了不同浇道情况下塑件的填充分析数据云图、压力分布云图以及变形量分布云图,最后优化了浇口位置的工艺参数,为缸盖罩壳的优化设计提供技术支持,提高了汽车发动机缸盖罩壳的质量,从而减少了注射模开发的成本。
In view of automotive engine cylinder head cover in the manufacturing process of the design procedure, combining with the cylinder head cover in shaping the physical properties of the material with the different temperature, establishing a three-dimensional geometric model of the cylinder head cover and its mesh, analyzing the flow of injection mold in filling process. The different runner plastic case filled with analysis of data cloud, pressure contours and deformation of the contours were obtained. Finally, the pouring process parameters gate location was optimizing to provide for the optimal design of the cylinder head cover technical support which improved the quality of automotive engine cylinder head cover, thus the injection mold development costs were reduced.
