摘要
结合UG软件在CAM编程模块上的强大功能,以典型的模具型腔零件为例,重点研究复杂模具零件的编程设计方法。包括制定合理的加工工艺方案,选择合适的加工刀具,正确创建加工工序。经仿真加工验证,设计有效合适的刀路,可提高工件的整体加工精度与光洁度。
Combined with the powerful function of UG software in CAM programming module, this paper takes the typical mold cavity parts as an example, focuses on the tool path design method of complex mold parts. Including the formulation of reasonable processing technology program; choose the right cutting tools;correctly creating machining procedure. Through simulation and verification, the design of an effective and appropriate tool path can improve the overall machining accuracy and finish of the workpiece.
