直肠滴注中药蒿芩清胆汤对小儿呼吸道病毒感染患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of rectal infusion of Chinese herbal medicine and wormwood decoction on immune function in children with respiratory virus infection

目的研究直肠滴注中药蒿芩清胆汤对小儿呼吸道病毒感染患者免疫功能的影响。方法从2015年2月至2016年12月选取100例被确诊患有呼吸道病毒感染患儿作为研究对象,以数字法随机分成观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。观察组经直肠滴注给予中药蒿芩清胆汤;对照组经口服给予西药利巴韦林颗粒。治疗3 d后,对比观察两组疗效,免疫指标及症候积分水平与不良反应等。结果治疗后观察组痊愈占比18.00%(9/50)、总有效率98.00%(49/50)显著高于对照组的4.00%(2/50)、86.00%(43/50),治疗后第2及第4天观察组症候积分水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后较治疗前自然杀伤细胞(NK)有所下降且CD3^+、CD4^+与CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+均有所增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未发现严重不良毒副反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论直肠滴注中药蒿芩清胆汤治疗小儿呼吸道病毒感染有显著疗效,可改善免疫功能,安全性较好。

Objective To study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine＂Haoqinqingdan decoction＂on immune function of children with respiratory tract virus infection. Methods From February 2015 to December 2016 in hospital treated 100 cases diagnosed with respiratory tract infection of children were selected as the research objects. They figures were randomlydivided into observation group（50 cases）and control group（50 cases）. The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine Haoqinqingdan decoction by proctoclysis;control group was treated with Ribavirin Granules by oral administration.The curative effect,immunity index and symptom integral level and adverse reactions after 3 days treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the cure rate of the observation group of good rate was 18%（9/50）,and the total effective rate was 98%（49/50）,significantly higher than those of the control group[4%（2/50）and 86%（43/50）,respectively]. After treatment for second and four days,the symptom score of the observation group symptom score was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. natural killer cell（NK）decreased and CD3~＋,CD4~＋and CD8~＋ and CD4~＋/CD8~＋immune index increased after treatment;the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. There was no significant adverse side effect in both groups,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine proctoclysis haoqinqingdan decoction had significant curative effect on the treatment of pediatric respiratory virus infection,and could improve the immune function with no significant side effect.
