高职财经专业校企合作人才培养目标探析

An analysis of the personnel training objectives in school-enterprise cooperation of Finance Specialty at higher vocational colleges

我国高职院校财经专业校企合作人才培养目标的设定普遍存在一些问题:专业培养目标过于宽泛、课程培养目标理论重于实践、企业预期目标难以达成、学生成才目标有失偏颇等。为此,可采取以下措施:专业培养目标校企互融、课程培养目标工学交替、师资建设目标互惠双赢、学生成才目标教育引领。

There exist some problems in the objectives setting of the school-enterprise cooperative ing. In higher vocational colleges in China, especially Finance Specialty, the objectives setting of personnel trainpersonnel training is generally broad, the objective of curriculum training is focusing on theory more than practice, the enterprise training objective is hard to reach, and the student＇s goal of success is partial. Therefore, we may adopt the following measares： intergration of school-enterprise in the objectives setting of cultivating talents; intergration of studywork in the aspect of subject training objective, mutual benefits and win-win state of the construction of teaching staff, the guiding of the objective of the success of students.
