遵循系统性与科学性、全面性与实时性、定量评价与定性评价相结合的原则,构建由教学质量决策与指挥系统、教学质量管理与调控系统、教学质量检查与监督系统、教学质量评估系统、教学质量信息收集与反馈系统组成的体育教学质量监控体系。采用教学督导、学生教学信息员、日常教学质量检查、体育课评价制度等措施,使体育教学管理工作科学、规范。

The construction of physical education curriculum teaching quality monitoring system should follow the principle of combining systematic and scientific methods, the principle of combining comprehensive and real-time methods, and the principle of combining quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation. Based on the analysis of the differences of the structure and operation mode of university, we should build the teaching quality of decision making and command system, the teaching quality management and control system, the teaching quality inspection and supervision system, the teaching quality evaluation system and the teaching quality information collection and feedback system composed of quality monitoring system, sports facilities, teaching team construction, curriculum setting, curriculum construction, rules and regulations of the content of the quality monitoring system. By using teaching supervision, teaching information staff, daily teaching quality inspection, physical education evaluation system and other teaching quality monitoring methods, the teaching management of physical education can be scientific and standard.
