摘要
乡村少数民族教师拥有、运用地方性知识是改善民族地区教育教学质量的关键。本研究从文化阐释理论的视角,探讨乡村少数民族教师拥有地方性知识的价值、习得途径与运用路径。其中,乡村少数民族教师地方性知识的运用路径主要体现为:基于地方性知识特征的课程资源开发,在教学中运用叙事教育渗透少数民族地方性知识。
The local knowledge of rural minority teachers plays a vital role on improving the quality of education in ethnic areas. Drawing on cultural interpretation theory,this study explores the value,the methods of acquiring and the way of applying the local knowledge for rural minority teachers. Rural minority teachers could apply the local knowledge to developing curriculum resources based on the characteristics of local knowledge,or integrating the local knowledge of minorities into teaching through narrative education.
