摘要
从分层理论视角来看,教师身份即为教师群体在社会中的一种分类标识,它由教师群体在社会结构中的位置加以确立,并因其所占有的社会资源表现出一定的角色特征。教师身份的改变与整体社会流动息息相关,受到主体行动与社会结构的双重影响。分层理论的功能范式与冲突范式,分别为我们透视教师身份的本质、特征及影响因素带来了不同视角。分层理论的当代走向,内在反映的是社会结构的变迁趋势与特征,透过这些走向我们可以观察并预测教师未来身份的可能变化。
From the perspective of stratification theory,teacher identity is a kind of classification label of the teachers in the society. It is established by the position of the teachers in the social structure,and shows certain role characteristic as the social resources been occupied. The change of teacher's identity is closely related to the whole social mobility,and is influenced by the subject action and social structure. The functional paradigm and conflict paradigm of stratification theory bring us different perspectives on the nature,characteristics and influencing factors of teacher identity respectively. The contemporary trend of stratification theory reflects intrinsically the changing trend and characteristics of social structure,through which we can observe and predict the possible changes of future teachers' identity.
