基于知识地图的新手教师微培训的个案研究 被引量:5

A Case Study on Micro-training of Novice Teachers Based on the Knowledge Map

摘要 微培训作为一种新型的教师培训方式,有利于改善当前教师培训中存在的缺乏针对性、个性化支持等问题。但是,微培训又因知识点零散、学习时间分散等问题影响教师的学习效果。本研究将知识地图与教师微培训相结合,采取个案研究的方式,对不同学习者采用知识地图进行微培训学习的效果与特点进行探讨。通过观察、记录两位新手教师在线学习过程,以及后期访谈和量化测试评估,本研究发现知识地图有助于教师定位知识点,提升在线学习的序列化程度和知识的结构化程度。 As a new pattern of teacher-training,"micro-training"benefits to solve some kinds of problems that teacher training faced,such as lack of pertinence and individualized support. However,teachers' learning effects are affected by fragmented knowledge points and scattered study time in micro-training. In this research,a case study was taken to discuss the learning effects of two different learners by using knowledge map in teachers' micro-training. By observing and recording two novice teachers' learning process,interviewing for their attitudes,and assessing their works quantitatively,it is found that knowledge map can support learners to locate knowledge points,and it is conducive to the choice of the learning order and the construction of teachers' knowledge structure.
