简易全干式阻燃PBT光缆的开发与研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文讨论了开发的室内外用全干式阻燃PBT引入光缆,其结构包括光纤和套设在光纤外部的阻燃PBT套管,PBT套管内设有阻水纱和阻水型芳纶。本文开发的光缆采用全介质材料,使得其整体截面不含任何金属成分,对雷电具有天然屏蔽性,具有极高的使用安全性,采用阻燃PBT材料,该材料具有高模量、邵氏硬度大、低收缩、抗紫外线、阻燃的特点,一方面提高了产品的机械性能,另一方面提高了产品的抗紫外线能力和阻燃性能,使其能满足室外敷设和室内敷设的基本要求。 In this paper, all-dry flame-retardant PBT optical fiber cable for indoor and outdoor use is developed. The structure includes optical fiber and flame-retardant PBT sleeve which is set out the fiber. PBT tube has water-blocking yarn and water-blocking aramid fiber. The optical fiber adopt the whole dielectric material to make its whole cross section free of any metal components, and has natural shielding property. Flame-retardant PBT material which has high modulus, Shore hardness, low shrinkage, UV-resistant, flame retardant characteristics, on the one hand can improve the mechanical properties of products, on the other hand improve the product resistance UV and flame-retardant properties, so that it can meet the outdoor laying and indoor laying of the basic requirements.
