摘要
综采工作面采煤机安装是一项相对复杂的工序,在安装过程中若不采取安全快速的安装方法,不仅影响采煤机安装质量,而且很容易发生煤矿安全事故。本文以塔山矿8205工作面为例,分析了综采工作面传统的采煤机安装工艺存在缺点,并对传统采煤机安装工艺进行优化,力求保证采煤机安全快速安装。
The installation of the coal mining machine in the fully mechanized working face is a relatively complex process, if during the installation process, safe fast installation method is not adopted, it will not only influence the installation quality of the coal minning machine,but it＇s also easy to cause coal mine safety accidents. In the paper, the author takes 8205 working face of Tashan Coal Mine as an example, expounds the defects the traditional mining machine installation of fully mechanized working face, and optimizes the traditional coat minning machine installation process, which ensure the safety of coal mining machine installation.
