影响形态学低评分胚胎体外囊胚形成的相关因素研究

Study on the related factors affecting the in vitro blastocyst formation in low morphological score embryos

目的探究影响形态学低评分胚胎体外囊胚形成的相关因素。方法选取2015年5月至2016年7月在南方医科大学广济医院行常规体外受精与卵胞浆内单精子显微注射治疗周期中正常受精的D 3低形态学评分胚胎并将其移入囊胚培养液中进行培养,直至囊胚形成同时给予分级,随后分析囊胚形成与年龄、卵裂球数量、碎片率、受精方式的相关性。结果卵裂球数≥6个组的囊胚形成、可移植囊胚形成、优质囊胚形成情况均显著优于卵裂球数<6个组;碎片率<25%组囊胚形成、可移植囊胚形成、优质囊胚形成情况均显著优于碎片率≥25%组。结论形态学低评分胚胎具有不同程度的发育潜能,胚胎碎片率以及卵裂球数会影响其囊胚形成、可移植囊胚、优质囊胚形成。

Objective To explore the related factors affecting formation of low score embryos in vitro and to analyze the morphology of the embryos. Methods Select normal fertilized D3 low morphological score embryos in conventional in vitro fertilization and intracytoplasmic sperm injection therapy cycle from May 2015 to July 2016 in Southern Medical University Guangji Hospital and moved them to the blastocyst culture liquid to culture until the formation of blastocysts and at the same time grading, followed by analysis of blastocyst formation and age, the number of blastomeres, debris rate, the correlation between fertilization methods. Results Blastocysts, transplantable blastoeysts and high quality blastoeysts formation in blastomere number ≥ 6 groups were significantly higher than blastomere number 〈 6 groups; Blastocysts, transplantable blastocysts and high quality blastocysts formation in embryo fragmentation rate 〈 25 % group were significantly higher than embryo fragmentation rate ≥25 % group, the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Morphological low - grade embryos have varying degrees of developmental potential. The embryo fragmentation rate and blastomere number will affect the formation of blastoeysts, transplantable blastocysts and high quality blastocvsts formation.
