卵巢早衰颗粒细胞凋亡调控机制的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 卵巢早衰是妇科疾病中常见病之一,近年来其发生率呈逐年增加的趋势,且低龄化趋向愈益明显。卵巢早衰发生的主要机制是卵泡细胞闭锁进程的加速,而其进程加速主要是由于颗粒细胞的凋亡,所以颗粒细胞在评判卵母细胞是否健康,胚胎生长状态是否良好这两方面起到了举足轻重的作用。因此对于总结研究近年来颗粒细胞凋亡调控机制相关文献十分必要。本文总结归纳了相关文献,根据具体机制的不同,分为3个角度,调控颗粒细胞凋亡的相关基因,介入颗粒细胞凋亡过程的细胞因子和调节颗粒细胞的相关激素,从这几方面进行了综述。
