Today is an era of rapid development of information technology. The rapid development of network technology has broughtmore convenience to college students. Therefore, the construction of college students＇ literacy has become the focus of attention. As can beseen from some of the current survey data, college students have experienced some network-induced behavior, and sometimes the networkhas also had an impact on interpersonal relationships among college students. Visible, enhance the network literacy of college students,college students＇ values training is also very helpful. This paper mainly carries on the thorough research to the university student networkliteracy construction work.
