摘要
为提升软磁材料静态参数测量系统的精度及简化仪器操作复杂度,文章利用积分器代替冲击检流计测量弱磁信号,A/D芯片将积分器的输出电压转为数字信号,并利用FPGA对数据进行预处理,将处理后的数据借助串口发送至上位机进行最后的处理,最终得到材料的静态参数与磁化强度和磁感强度的对应关系曲线。实验结果证明,本系统可有效测量软磁材料的静态参数,其饱和磁感应强度的测量误差为1.20%,小于冲击检流计测量饱和磁感应强度的测量误差1.97%;且测量结果不需进行人工计算,操作简单。
In order to improve the accuracy of the static parameters measurement system and simplify the operation of the instrument,the integrator is used to replace the original shock galvanometer for the field weakening signal integration measurement, by the analog-to-digital conversion chip to capture the output value of the analog integrator and to convert it into a digital signal, the data is processedby FPGA, and the processed data is sent to the host computer for the final processing by the serial port, and finally the static parametersof the material are obtained. The experimental results show that the system can effectively measure the static parameters of soft magneticmaterials, and its measurement error is 1.20%, less than the measurement error of the saturation magnetic flux density measured by theshock galvanometer 1.97%. And the measurement system operates easily, the measurement results are not required for manual calculation.
