摘要
目的:评估癫痫儿童行为问题和人格特征,分析癫痫儿童人格特征与行为问题的相关性。方法:分别采用艾森克人格问卷儿童版(EPQ-C),Conners父母症状量表(PSQ)对50名癫痫患儿和52名正常儿童的人格特征和存在的行为问题展开评估和分析。结果:癫痫组行为问题检出率(34%)明显高于健康对照组(7.69%),Conners量表中各因子得分均高于健康对照组(P〈0.05)。癫痫组情绪不稳定和倾向情绪不稳定的比例高于健康对照组,癫痫组Conners量表结果异常儿童艾森克人格维度精神质(P)分高于同组Conners量表结果正常儿童,内外向(E)、情绪性(N)、掩饰性(L)均低于该量表结果正常儿童。相关性分析显示,癫痫组E分与学习问题呈负相关,P分与学习问题、心身问题呈正相关,L分与品行问题呈负相关。结论:癫痫患儿出现行为问题的发生率高,情绪不稳定和倾向情绪不稳定的比例高于正常儿童,个性内向或偏向内向的儿童更容易出现学习问题,P分高的儿童更容易出现学习问题、心身问题。
Objective: To evaluate the behavioral problems and personality characteristics of epileptic children, and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods: Eysenck Personality Question- naire (EPQ-C), Conners parent symptom questionnaire (PSQ) were used to evaluate and analyze the personality and behavior problems of 50 children with epilepsy and 52 normal children. Results: The detection rate of behavioral problems in epilepsy group (34%) was significantly higher than that in healthy control group (7.69%), and the scores of each factor in the Conners scale were higher than those in the control group statistically significance (P〈0.05). The pro- portions of emotional instability and tendency of emotional instability in epilepsy group were higher than those in healthy control group. The P(psychoticism) score of PSQ in children with behavior problems in epilepsy group was higher than children without behavior problems in the same group, while the E(extraversion), N(neuroticism)and L(liar)scores were lower inaccord- ingly. Correlation analysis showed that the E score in epilepsy group was negatively correlated with learning problems, the P scores were positively correlated with learning problems and psy- chosomatic problems, and the L scores were negatively correlated with conduct problems. Conclusion: The rate of behavioral problems in children with epilepsy is higher than that in nor- mal children, and the proportion of emotional instability and tend to be emotional instability in children with epilepsy are higher than that in normal children. Introverted and tend to introverted children are more prone to have learning problems, while children with higher P score are more likely to have learning problems and psychosomatic problems.
