重视癫痫儿童共患心理行为问题

Pay Attention to the Psychological Behavior Problems of Children with Epilepsy

儿童癫痫共患病正逐渐被儿科临床医师认识,但认知度不够充分,有时会造成诊断及处理不全面。本文从共患病的内涵及意义、癫痫儿童共患心理行为问题及其影响因素、癫痫儿童共患病的干预策略等方面积极探讨癫痫与共患病的内在关系,探索癫痫与共患病协同治疗原则,以最大程度地提高抗癫痫药物的治疗效果,改善患儿生活质量。

Currently, although the psychological behavior problems of children with epilepsy are gradually being recognized by pediatric clinicians, the recognition is not enough, which sometimes re- sulting in incomplete diagnosis and treatments. In this paper, the connotation significance, factors and intervention strategies of comorbidities, the psychological behavior problems of children with epilepsy were discussed to explore the internal relationship, the co-treatment principle of epilepsy and comorbidities, which could maximize the therapeutic effect of antiepileptic drugs and improve children＇s quality of life.
