牙龈卟啉单胞菌和溶血性链球菌在氧化锆和钛表面黏附性能的比较

Adhension Properties of Porphyromonas Gingivalis and Streptococcus Sanguis on Zirconium Dioxide and Titanium Surfaces:A Study in Vitro

摘要 目的:比较牙龈卟啉单胞菌和溶血性链球菌在氧化锆和钛表面的黏附性能。方法:制作6.8mm×6.8mm×1.5mm的块状氧化锆和钛样本,碳化硅砂纸逐级打磨、清洗、消毒。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)观察材料表面形貌,检测材料表面粗糙度与湿润性。利用SEM观察牙龈卟啉单胞菌和溶血性链球菌在氧化锆和钛材料表面的黏附,采用MTT法间接检测牙龈卟啉单胞菌和溶血性链球菌在氧化锆和钛表面黏附的量。结果:SEM的结果表明氧化锆表面黏附的致病菌数量少于钛表面,MTT结果显示牙龈卟啉单胞菌在氧化锆表面黏附的数量明显少于钛表面,而溶血性链球菌在氧化锆和钛表面黏附的数量没有统计学差异。结论:相较于氧化锆表面,种植体周围炎常见致病菌更易黏附于钛表面。 Objective: To compare the adhesion properties of porphyromonas gingivalis and streptococ- cus sanguis on zirconium oxide and titanium surfaces in vitro. Methods: Squared-shape of zirconi- um oxide and titanium specimens were fabricated and polished using silicon carbide abrasive paper under wet conditions. The specimens were washed and sterilized. Topographic pattern of the specimens were evaluated by using scanning electronic microscope and atom force microscope, the roughness and contact angles were measured by using profilometer. Then, porphyromonas gin- givalis and streptococcus sanguis were cultured and seeded on zirconium oxide and titanium sur- faces. Scanning electronic microscope was used to observe the adhesive efficacy of porphyromonas gingivalis and streptococcus sanguis on zirconiUm oxide and titanium surfaces within 4 hours. Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assays were applied to count the quantity of porphyromonas gingi- valis and streptococcus sanguis adhered to zirconium oxide and titanium surfaces within 4 hours. Results: The surfaces topographies were similar of zirconium oxide and titanium. Scanning elec- tronic microscope observation showed that fewer porphyromonas gingivalis and streptococcus sanguis were adhered on zirconium oxide surfaces than those on titanium surfaces. The quantity of porphyromonas gingivalis adhered to zirconium oxide surfaces within 4 hours was significant lower than that on titanium surfaces, while, the quantity of streptococcus sanguis adhered to zirconium oxide surfaces and titanium surfaces within 4 hours were similar. Conclusion: Compared with the surface of zirconia, the common pathogens may be more likely to adhere to the surface of titanium.
