摘要
通过对不同碳纤维体积掺量、电极板类型、配合比、输入电压、硅灰等条件下,碳纤维混凝土导电特性的研究,探究其在不同因素下导电特性规律,得到:不锈钢较钢丝网作为电极导电效果好;电阻率随着碳纤维体积掺量的增加逐渐减小,且体积掺量为0.6%时为其阈值;对比配合比水泥:砂子:石子=1:1:1与1:1:2,得到石子在碳纤维混凝土中阻碍导电回路的形成,即石子用量越多,电阻率越大;交流电较直流电导电效果更加(更佳);硅灰的加入使导电性能增加。
Based on study of the conductive characteristics of carbon fiber concrete under different conditions of dif- ferent carbon fiber volume content, electric plate type, mixture ratio, the input voltage, silica fume and others, its con- ductive characteristic patterns were researched under the different factors, which are : stainless steel wire mesh as electrode works well in conductive effect ; resistivity decreased with the increase of fiber volume content , and achieved its threshold value when the volume content hit 0.6% ; Comparison of proportion of cement, sand, gravel = 1 : 1: 1 with 1: 1: 2 illustra- ted that the stones in the carbon fiber concrete block the formation of the conductive loop, namely the more dosage of stones, the larger resistivity is ; AC is more effective than DC; The addition of silica fmne increase the conductivity.
