摘要
沼气罐是沼气工程重要的发酵设备,其性能影响整个工程的质量。针对一些大中型沼气工程,以某个5 000 m3立体式圆筒形钢制沼气罐结构为研究对象,简单介绍了立式沼气罐结构设计方法;并分析不同支撑式锥顶坡度对整体结构的影响。研究结果表明:支撑式锥顶坡度越小,结构的外环梁轴力越大;锥顶坡度变化,对罐壁应力的影响较小;在结构设计时,锥顶坡度选择不易过小。
The fermentation biogas tank is an important equipment in biogas project, it affects the quality of the whole project performance. In this paper,aiming at some large and medium - sized biogas projects, with a 5000m3 three-dimensional cylindrical steel methane tank structure as the research object, the vertical structure methane tank design method was plainly introduced and the influences of different slope gradients on the whole structure were analyzed. The results show that the smaller the slope gradient is, the greater axial force of the outer ring beam is ; There is a slight influence of slope gradient variance on tank wall stress. And, the gradient should not be too small.
