摘要
采用超声波辅助提取水红木果油,在探讨超声功率、温度和时间等单因素对油脂得率的影响基础上,用正交试验优化提取工艺,并用GC和FTIR对水红木果油进行分析和表征。结果表明:以正己烷作溶剂,在超声功率为110 W、50℃下超声70 min,油脂提取率最高,为25.86%;水红木果油主要由棕榈酸(24.63%)、硬脂酸(1.93%)、油酸(39.61%)、亚油酸(28.93%)和亚麻酸(1.69%)组成,其中不饱和脂肪酸占70.23%;FTIR证实水红木果油结构中酯基和双键的存在。
Viburnum cylindricum oil was extracted by ultrasound assisted extraction. The influence factors of ultrasonic power, temperature and time on yield were studied, and the oil was analyzed by GC and FTIR. Resutls demonstrated that the optimum extraction conditions are as follows, using nhexane as solvent, ultrasonic power was 100W, the temperature was 50℃, and the time was 70min, yield of oil was up to 2586%, the oil mainly contained palmitic acid (2463%), stearic acid (193%), oleic acid (3961%), linoleic acid (2893%), and linolenic acid (169%), and the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 7023%. FTIR confirmed the ester group and double bond were in the structure of oil.
