摘要 用GST pull-down方法寻找组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDACs)的互作蛋白,发现了HDAC8新的互作蛋白烯醇酶ENO1,ENO1在糖代谢过程中发挥着重要作用,ENO1参与HDAC8复合物发挥作用的过程。 Using the GST pull-down method to find the interaction protein of histone deaeetylase (HDACs), we found that HDAC8 enerolase ENO1 and ENO1 play an important role in the process of glucose metabolism. ENO1 participates in HDAC8 complex playing a role in the process.
