摘要
采用磷酸活化油菜秸秆热解法制备生物炭,并考查磷酸浓度、热解温度对生物炭性质的影响.研究结果表明:升高热解温度,所得生物炭中脂肪碳减少,芳香性物质增加,灰分质量分数下降,生物炭的比表面积、外表面积、中孔孔容随温度升高而增大;加大磷酸浓度,生物炭微孔面积、微孔孔容和平均孔径减小,微孔数量减少,所得生物炭平均孔径均大于2 nm,为介孔材料.
In this paper, rape straws were activated with H3 PO4, and biochars (PRS-BC) were pyrolyzed and prepared at high temperature with limited oxygen. The impacts of phosphoric acid concentrations and pyrolysis temperatures on the structure and properties of PRS-BC were investigated. Our main results indicated that with the increase of the temperature, when the rape straws were treated with the same concentration of phosphoric acid, the content of fatty group carbon decreased, the aromatic group matters gradually increased, and the ash content de- creased. When the pyrolysis temperature is increased, the specific surface area, the external surface area, medium pore volume and total pores volume also gradually increased. When the phosphoric acid concentration increases, the micropore surface area, micropore volume, average pore size and the number of micropore gradually decreased. The average pore size of the PRS-BC is more than 2 nm, indicating that the as-prepared biochars were mesoporous mate- rials.
