摘要
采用双铁电极脉冲交流电絮凝处理含有铬(Ⅵ)离子的废水.加入100 g·m-3铬酸钾,700 g·m-3Na Cl作为导电盐,用硫酸控制调节pH值为4的模拟废水中,在室温(20~25℃)下采用40μA·g-1Fe脉冲交流进行电凝絮,废水流速为2 dm3·min-1,4组反应器串联.废水中铬(Ⅵ)离子浓度能降到0.090 g·m-3,铬(Ⅵ)的去除率达99.91%.
A novel double iron electrode technique of Pulse Alternating Current (PAC) flocculation was ap- plied to the treatment of wastewater containing chromium ( Ⅵ). The simulated wastewater contained 100 g ·m-3 po- tassium chromate and 700 gⅥ m-3 NaCl as conductive salt. The pH value was adjusted to 4 with sulfuric acid. Under the condition of room temperature ( 20- 25 ℃ ), at the flow rate of 2 dm3· min-1, with the application of the PAC density at 40 μA·gFe-1, the concentration of chromium (VI) in the wastewater was reduced to 0. 090 g m in the four-series reactor. The overall removal rate of chromium(VI) reached up to 99.91%.
