硫酸钙晶须对不同结构成形网成纸性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 针对硫酸钙晶须对纸张性能及其留着率的影响,从晶须形态规格和成形网结构进行了研究。结果显示:成形网网目越大留着率越高,结合造纸实际应用,选用多层80目滤网具有一定的可行性。晶须直径增大,留着率随之增加,直径1.5~2.2μm的~#4晶须留着率达到76.7%;若晶须呈片状形态则留着最低。长径比越大成纸强度性能越高,长径比>40的~#3晶须其抗张强度、耐折度、撕裂度最高分别提高了10.88%、2.42%、61.81%。性能较优的~#4晶须改性后最佳添加量为25%,除耐折度外,撕裂度、抗张强度和留着率比未改性晶须分别提高了9.11%、5.45%、7.39%,提高留着率同时改善了成纸强度性能。 The effect of calcium sulfate whisker(CSW) on the paper properties and the retention rate was studied in terms of the CSW sizes and forming fabrics. The results showed that the retention rate increases with the number of meshes of the forming fabric. It is generally practical to use a multi-layered 80-mesh filter screen. The retention rate increases with the CSW diameter. The retention rate of -#4 CSW with a diameter of 1.5-2.2μm reaches 76.739%. CSW flake-like shaped displays the minimum retention rate. The paper properties are improved as the increase of ratio of length to diameter of CSW. The tensile index, folding endurance and tear index of -#3 CSW with a ratio of length to diameter greater than 40 increase by 10.88%, 2.42% and 61.81%, respectively. The optimum dosage of -#4 modified CSW is 25%, the tensile index, tear index and the retention rate increase by 5.45%, 9.11% and 7.39% than that of unmodified CSW, except the folding strength increase little.
