摘要 碱回收苛化工段温度控制系统存在自身参数时变不确定、纯滞后的特性,而该特性会对系统的稳定性产生严重的影响。针对这些问题,在传统Smith基础上,结合模糊免疫PID控制,依赖预估器的优势来弥补被控对象自身具有纯延迟的问题;同时,利用模糊免疫控制器具有参数调整时间短、抗干扰能力强等特点,设计了Fzzy-Immune-Smith控制器。仿真结果表明:该控制器响应快,超调量小,可以消除时滞给系统带来的不良影响,且鲁棒性好,使系统具有良好的动态特性。 The temperature control system for causticizing process has its own characteristics, such as time-varying uncertainty, large delay, and the existence of such hysteresis is very harmful to the control of the system, and even seriously destroys the stability of the system. To solve these problems, Fzzy-Immune-Smith controller was designed, which is based on the combination of the traditional Smith with fuzzy immune PID control, relying on the advantage of the predictor to solve the problem in controlling the objects with pure delay; at the same time, the use of fuzzy immune controller has the characteristics of parameter adjusting time short, strong anti-interference ability. The simulation results show that the controller has fast response and small overshoot.It can eliminate the bad influence of time delay to the system,has good robustness, and makes the system have good dynamic characteristics.
