摘要 介绍了热敏纸全套生产线的设备配置与运行效果。结果表明,涂料的流变学参数控制成:砂磨黏度小于400mPa·s、底涂刮刀涂料黏度1600~2300mPa·s,热敏涂刮棒涂料黏度380~400mPa·s,全套生产线设备的操作故障率最低,可以得到最好的运行性能。生产防护型而又兼顾印刷适性的高档热敏纸其涂布机的设备配置还需要做适当的调整。 In this article was descr ibed the equipment configuration of a heat-sensitive paper production line and its operation practice. The results show that the rheological properties of the coating color are controlled as follows: the grinding viscosity is less than 400 mPa·s, viscosity for pre-coat 1600-2300 mPa·s, surface coating viscosity 380-380 mPa·s. The entire production line has the characteristics of lowest failure rate, the best running performance. The equipment configuration needs to be adjusted in the production of heat-sensitive paper with protective performance and printability.
