造纸机水针移动控制系统的设计

Design of trim squirt movement control system for paper machine

设计了一种造纸机水针移动的自动控制系统,包括水针架、PLC控制器、MCS、水针、行程开关。水针架上设有轴向移动的水针、行程开关,水针架一端设有与水泵连接的水管。实际应用证明,本系统对减少操作周期,减少引纸、断纸处理的操作时间,减少损纸、提升生产效率起到了积极有效的作用。

An automatic control system for trim squirt movement of paper machines is designed in this paper, which includes trim squirt rack, PLC controller, MCS, trim squirt and position switch. The trim squirt rack is equipped with an axial moving trim squirt and position switches. One terminal of the trim squirt is connected with a water pipedriven by a pump. The actual test shows that the system has played a positive and effective role in reducing the operation cycle, reducing the operation time of paper threading and paper breaking, reducing the paper loss and improving the production efficiency.
