One of the foundations of the modernization of state governance is to realize the modernization of government governance.This paper expounds the role and difficulties of ＂Internet ＋ government administation＂ as a new governance mode in the modernization of government governance ,proposes the following optimization paths：strengthening the sense of responsibility with the ＂Internet ＋ government administration＂ to construction the sun-oriented government;to optimize the function of the government and to build a service type government;to drive technological innovation and build a smart government.
