摘要
英国开放大学享有高教学质量和高学生满意度的原因之一,就是拥有一支高水平的专兼职教师队伍。把好选聘关口,找准教师责任定位,加大教师培训力度,提供多样化评价举措,强化教师激励机制,这些有效措施对我国开放大学打造高素质的教师队伍有借鉴之处,以此为突破口,创建我国开放大学特有的教师梯队,以学生需求为出发点,提供个性化、灵活、方便地学习支持服务。
One of the reasons why the open university of UK is renowned for its high quality of teaching and high satisfaction of students is the high level of full-time and part-time teachers. Some effective measures applied in the open university of UK,such as guaranteeing the selection and recruitment,fixing the responsibility position of teachers,promoting teachers' training,providing diversified evaluation measures and strengthening teachers' incentive mechanism. It can provide reference for us to construct a high-quality teaching team of open universities. Based on the measures,a special teaching team of universities will be built up.
