探究高校公共体育健身的运动价值及发展路径

随着时代的发展,人们的生活水平得到了显著提高。为了适应经济的发展,我国对高等院校的教育进行了相关改革。但是高校对教育改革的重点,往往集中在文化知识的领域,而对高校公共体育健身运动的关注度却较低。我们需要意识到,高校公共体育健身运动无论是对大学生本身,还是对一个民族的发展,都有着较为深刻的意义。为了对高校公共体育健身的运动价值及发展路径进行更好的探究,本文从高校体育教育的基本现状出发,提出了高校公共体育健身运动的价值,最后提出了高校公共体育健身运动的发展路径。

With the development of the times,people＇s living standards have been significantly improved. In order to adapt to the development of economy,our country has carried on the reform to the higher education. However,the focus of education reform in higher colleges is often concentrated in the field of cultural knowledge,but the attention of public sports fitness is low. The college public physical exercise is of great significance both for the students themselves and for the development of a nation. In order to better explore the value and development of college sports fitness path,from the basic situation of college physical education,it puts forward public sports college sports value and finally puts forward the development path of public sports exercise in higher colleges.
