工程伦理维度下的高职德育教学问题透视及对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着全面深化改革的推进和工程技术的不断发展,社会工程活动中的工程伦理问题频现。据对湖南省内六所工科类高职院校展开的工程伦理教学的调查来看,工程伦理教学现状不容乐观。从德育教学方面来看,主要由于认识误区、制度建设滞后、未能有效整合教育资源导致高职院校的工程伦理教育效果不理想,应从完善人才培养方案、促进"思政课程"到"课程思政"的转变、改进教学方法、开发工程伦理校本教材等环节解决。 With the continuous development of comprehensive deepening reform and the promotion of engineering technology,engineering frequent ethical problems in social engineering activity. According to the investigation of engineering ethics teaching in six Engineering Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province,the present situation of engineering ethics teaching is not optimistic. From the perspective of moral education,mainly because of misunderstanding,system construction is lagging behind,to integrate educational resources lead to the effect of engineering ethics education in higher vocational colleges is not ideal,should improve the personnel training plan,promote the ideological and political course "to"Ideological and Political Curriculum transformation,improvement of teaching methods,the development of school-based teaching materials to solve the link of Engineering ethics.
