司法,社会秩序与行为规范的法律裁定,在社会文明发展变迁中起着规范与引导社会行为的重要作用。批判性思维作为当前思维认知中,科学针对现有社会现象与行为习惯进行具体批判与反思或改进的分析方法之一,是当前社会发展创新中不断改进并完善的科学方法。在司法实践中,培养与加强司法工作者批判性思维能力的训练,不仅有助于司法工作者提高或完善其司法公正效率,同时科学的批判性思维能力的教学服务也将促进促进当前我国高校教育事业的发展与创新工作。

Judicial,social order and legal norms of behavior norms play an important role in regulating and guiding social behavior in the development and change of social civilization. Critical thinking as the current thinking in cognitive science,aiming at the existing social phenomenon and the behavior of specific analysis methods of criticism and reflection or improved,is the current social development and innovation constantly improved and perfect scientific method. In judicial practice,and strengthen the training of judicial workers of critical thinking ability training,not only help to improve judicial workers or improve its judicial justice and efficiency,and scientific ability of critical thinking teaching services will also promote the development and reform of the current Chinese University Education work.
