基于岗位能力的卫生类高职院校体育选项课教学现状分析

An Analysis of the Current Situation of PE Elective Courses in Health Vocational Colleges Based on Post Competence

卫生类高职院校体育选项课教学的开展,对发展卫生类职业院校大学生的岗位能力,有着非常重要的促进作用。因此,为了更好地促进卫生类高职院校体育选项课教学质量的提升,本文结合江苏省卫生类高职院校的体育选项课教学实际,展开了基于岗位能力的卫生类高职院校体育选项课教学现状与对策的研究。通过本研究以期为促进卫生类高职院校选项课教学质量,提供理论与实践层面的参考。

The development of PE elective course in health vocational colleges has a very important role in promoting the post competency of health vocational college students. Therefore,in order to promote the improvement of the quality of PE elective courses in higher vocational colleges,this paper,based on the actual teaching of PE elective courses in health colleges in Jiangsu Province,has launched a vocational college based on post competencies research on present situation and countermeasure of sports elective course teaching. Through this study,we will provide theoretical and practical reference for promoting the quality of elective courses in health vocational colleges.
