添加恩拉霉素对肉种鸡生产性能的影响

Effect of Enramycin on the Performance of Breeding Broiler

恩拉霉素具有优良的促生长和改善饲料利用率的作用。本试验研究在肉种鸡日粮中添加不同剂量的恩拉霉素对蛋重、产蛋率、合格率和破蛋率的影响。试验选择27周龄爱拔益加（AA＋）肉种鸡2400只。分成4组，进行笼养试验。对照组饲喂基础日粮，试验组饲喂在基础日粮中分别添加250mg／kg、375mg／kg和500mg／kg恩拉霉素F40。结果表明．恩拉霉素可显著提高肉种鸡蛋重、产蛋率和合格率，对破蛋率无显著影响。肉种鸡饲料中恩拉霉素F40的适宜添加量是375mg／kg。

Enramycin has the role of promoting growth and improving feed utilization efficien- cy. The effect of enramycin on the egg weight, laying rate, certified rate and checked rate of breeding broiler were studied. 2400 AA＋ breeding broilers aged 27 week were divided into four group. The control group was fed with basal diet. The test group was fed with 250 mg/kg , 375 mg/kg and 500mg/kg enduracidin F40 in the basic diet respectively. The results showed enramy- ein significantly improved the egg weight, egg production rate and qualification rate. There is no significant effect on the broken egg rate. The addition amount of enramycin F40 in broiler feed was 375mg/kg.
