摘要
以圆筒件进气口的翻孔成形工艺优化为例,运用DYNAFORM软件对其进行模拟计算,获得圆筒件在翻孔前的进气口开料轮廓以及圆筒件翻孔的成形模拟结果,最后通过实际生产试制验证该成形方案的可行性和模拟结果的准确性。
Taking the optimization of the hole flanging forming for the cylinder inlet as an example, the DYNAFORM software was used to simulate the forming process. Then the in- let profile before hole flanging, and the simulation result of the hole flanging forming for the cylinder was obtained. Finally the actual production verified that the forming scheme was feasible and the simulation result was accuracy.
