封线体成型分析及模具改进

摘要 通过分析封线体结构及使用要求,结合硅橡胶成型性能,对零件结构和模具结构进行了改进和优化,采取减小零件葫芦椭圆状部位直径,增大变形空间,改善型芯的对接方式和将型芯直角部位过渡圆滑,解决了封线体拉裂及孔口飞边问题。 The structure and operational requirement of the thread sealing body were ana- lyzed, and combining with the properties of the silicone rubber forming, the structure of the parts and mould were improved and optimized. Finally the defect of the cracking and holes burr for the thread sealing body were solved by decreasing the diameter of the ellipti- cal for hoist parts, increasing the deformation space, improving the docking method of the core, and smooth the right-angle transition of the core.
