省域“双一流”建设中的“本科人才培养”:策略与反思———基于22个省(市)建设方案(意见)的文本分析 被引量:10

摘要 建设世界一流大学和一流学科是国家做出的重大战略决策,而一流的本科人才培养是"双一流"建设的基本特征和题中之义。提高本科人才培养质量是回归大学本位,推进高校纵深改革和持续发展的出发点。通过系统比较22个省(市)的"双一流"建设方案(意见),省域推进"一流本科人才培养"应注重高效力政策设计的承创兼存、高水平学科专业的统筹推进,高质量科研教学的相辅相成和高层次师资队伍的有效匹配,探索创建一流本科教育的多样化实践路径,持续提升人才培养质量。 Constructing world-class universities and first-class disciplines is a major strategic decision made by the government. The cultivation of first-rate undergraduate talents is the basic feature of the" double-class" construction. Improving the quality of undergraduate education is the function returning of university education and the starting point to promote the in-depth reform and sustainable development of colleges and universities. By systematically comparing the " double-class" construction proposals of 22 provinces, we suggested that the provincial-level promotion of "first-undergraduate talent training" should focus on the inheritance and innovation of effective polices, the coordinated promotion of high-quality disciplines, complement between high-quality research and teaching, and effective match of high quality faculty. Thus to create diversified ways of first-class undergraduate education and improve the talents training quality continuously.
