"双一流"建设对地方理工类高校人文社科类研究生教育既带来挑战也带来机遇。模仿其他高校人文社科类研究生培养模式,会放大地方理工类高校自身的比较劣势且无法凸显可能优势。勾连科技创新与人才培养的研究生培养模式的改革应成为地方理工类高校"双一流"建设的着力点之一,学校管理制度的创新是研究生培养模式改革的基础,课程建设、跨学科培养和双导师制则是当下改革的重点。

The ＂double first-class＂ construction brings challenges and opportunities to humanities and social sciences graduate students education in local science and technology universities. Imitating humanities and social sciences graduate students training models of other universities will enlarge their own disadvantages and cannot highlight the possible advantages. Reform of postgraduate training mode connecting technological innovation and talent training should be one of the focal points in the construction of ＂double first-class＂ construction in local science and engineering universities. The innovation of school management system is the basis of postgraduate training mode reform. Curriculum construction,interdisciplinary training and double mentor system are the focuses of current reform.
